The buyer bought a piece of banknotes from me for USD62.00 on 31st October 2014 and paid by Paypal and today 26th February 2015 I have receive a chargeback from Paypal saying that "your buyers filed a chargeback with their credit card issuer. The buyer stated that they didn't authorise this purchase".

Can you believe after 4 months i have receive this chargeback from Paypal by the buyer. What happen to EBAY Seller Protection ?

Now the buyer want his money back after getting my banknote.

REDUCTION IN NGC GRADING FEES

MALAYSIA PROOF COINS SECOND UNBOXING FROM NGC

I was amaze with NGC on how fast they grade my proof coins and return back to me.

I sent my proof coins sets to NGC for grading on the 9th February 2015 and received back my coins on 23rd February 2015 (12 working days turnaround time).

This lot contains mostly Malaysia proof coins set of 2 (silver & nordic gold coins) and as expected that the proof nordic gold coins did not grade as high as the silver coins PF70. I'm sharing with you my second unboxing as below here.

The quality of the the nordic gold coins are poorer compare with the silver coins. You will be surprise to find them oxidized even for the recent issues that was issued in 2014. My advice to you send them for grading immediately after BNM releases the coins hence you will have better chance to achieve high grades for both silver and nordic gold coins.

As for the proof silver coins it is advisable to send for grading before 24 months after issued to prevent white spots from developing thereafter. Once encapsulated by NGC the aging of your coins will stop.

I have sent 2 notes graded by our local Malaysian grading company - Alpha Numis to PMG for grading and one piece turn out to be equal whereas another piece Alpha Numis had graded one tier higher than PMG.

Alpha Numis is located in Amcorp Mall, Selangor and is operated by Mr.Gilbert. He is a qualified numismatist from USA.

MALAYSIAN PROOF NORDIC GOLD COINS

Currently Malaysian commemorative coins are slowly heating up and in contrast the modern Malaysian banknotes are cooling off.

Presently there are more and more collectors are sending their commemorative coins to NGC for grading. The real challenge here are to obtain highest grade of PF70 for the proof Nordic gold coin that only come in Set of 2 and Set of 3. Many collectors are disappointed with the poor quality of proof Nordic gold coins (Cu89 Zn5 Al5 Sn1) that are easily oxidized after a year.

So take it as a challenge, try to obtain PF70 for your Nordic gold coins.
